Welcome to Northridge High School Athletic Registration

*Please read  and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered! 

Step 1: A reminder that WCSD 6 and Colorado High School Activities Association require a participant to have a sports physical each year. An exam is good for 365 days. Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, you can turn it in to the office or you can scan it and submit completed Physical Forms online.  You cannot practice unless a current physical is on file in the Athletics office. Physical forms are available to download here or picked up at the office. This physcial form is the only acceptable form for this school year, 2024-2025.

Step 2: Fill out and submit the Online Registration Form prior to the start of the season.  You cannot practice unless you are registered. Please read through these forms carefully and be certain to complete and acknowledge each one where required.
